Razer Abyssus

Take a quick glance at the Abyssus from Razer and you could mistake it for a bargain-basement model. There are no extra buttons, no fancy LCD display and no gimmicks such as an adjustable weight pack.
It is, however, very well crafted with a simple-yet-comfortable ambidextrous design. The Razer logo that glows blue when the mouse is attached also gives it a touch of class.

One thing that immediately struck us was the extra-lightweight nature of the Abyssus. Although its nimble design takes some getting used to, it does make for a smooth gaming experience.
Two switches are located on the underside of the mouse; one lets you choose between three dpi settings (450dpi, 1800dpi or 3500dpi), the other between 125Hz and 1000Hz polling rates.
The Abyssus is an impressive mouse, but it would benefit from an easy-access dpi button on the top, along with the ability to customise the dpi settings.
